Though the menu in the Hotel Inger's snappy restaurant does feature a couple of pastas, a rissoto and a tiramisu, Salvadore is not quite as Italian as its name might suggest. Items are mainly of the roast rack of lamb, poached salmon and veal steak variety. Live music on weekend evenings.
