Downtown Pärnu's only real pool hall has four pool tables and one snooker table (€4.20/h), and a decidedly underground atmophere. Live bands perform here once or twice a month. Cheap drinks.

  Drugs are sold and used here. I don't recommend it after visiting it a few times.
