This colossal institution is housed in three buildings - the older Park House, the nicer White House and the Green house, the latter two connected by an elevated glass walkway. Each facility offers decent, hotel-style rooms and a whole slew of treatment options. They've also recently opened up a sprawling spa and sauna centre with three swimming pools, three steam saunas, a salt sauna with a Japanese pool, a Finnish sauna, two massage baths and a hot/cold water walking track. Most guests arrive in large groups and convalesce here for a week, so it's best to book at least a month in advance.
