Even if Pärnu is your favoured Estonian destination, Tallinn is more than likely to be your primary point of arrival. It is therefore highly recommended to pick up a copy of Tallinn In Your Pocket for all the intricacies of reaching Tallinn from abroad, and once you've done that, getting to Pärnu is more or less like falling off the proverbial log.
