Reaching unmatched heights in retro shabbiness, Kuku is a lovably tacky cellar hangout where Tallinn's old artists get loaded on red wine, talk philosophy, or on weekends, dance to 80s hits. You have to have a club card to open the door, but you can also just hang out by the entrance and wait for someone to come in or out.
