Location, location, location. Situated on Toompea,  right next to the former site of the Luscher & Matiesen wine factory that operated here during Estonia's first independence, this little outdoor wine bar is really all about the atmosphere. They also operate an exhibition dedicated to the old wine factory right next to the wine-bar.
