We first visited this café because everyone was raving about it and although there were certain aspects of this eatery we appreciated we found that there were a few aspects lacking.

Köleri 2
Located right at the edge of Kadriorg and a reincarnation of a former creperie, the imaginatively named Köleri 2 was actually decent when we last visited.

NOP - shop & café
Originally touted as an eco-friendly organic shop and café, this addition to the Kadriorg landscape is certainly fresh and trendy.

Regatta
All-in-all this is pretty much just another hotel- restaurant, however, the location is excellent as are the views of picturesque Pirita, the yacht port and the throngs of scantily-dressed passersby - especially in summer.

Väike Boheem
Kind of like the bigger Boheem near the train station, only smaller, they pretty much have the same menu and the overall feel is quite similar - only smaller.
