Located in the Telliskivi industrial/warehouse complex, F-Hoone is one of those success-stories that every wannabe restaurateur dreams of - find an inexpensive, up-and-coming-location, renovate it with minimal investment, offer pretty decent food and turn a profit in a few months. That's exactly what happened at F-Hoone and we've quite enjoyed it every time we've been. The food is fresh and relatively inspired, the atmosphere is certainly industrial and chic and the prices are actually quite surprisingly low for the quality and portion size. Certainly worth the short walk from Old Town.

  Well worth the walk through Soviet Tallinn to find it, even in mid-winter, for the prices (half those of the Old Town)and for the diversity of spices used in the cooking. A large room free of piped music was also a blessing.
