Sushi Cat

Sushi Cat
The weird and wonderful world of Japanese pop culture roars at Sushi Cat, a bright, upbeat café where the décor, and even the waitresses, are done up like naughty/sexy manga characters. Settle into a pink seat and watch the bewildering music videos. It's far more casual and affordable than its rivals - the sushi comes in sets ranging from 'kitten' (€3.90) to 'lion' (€12.80), all of which include green tea and miso soup.

Definitely my new Tallinn favourite! It is cool, charmy and cosy – a place with a clear glimpse of an eye. Before discovering Sushi Cat, I used to avoid sushi as a meal, simply because I thought it was not food enough. I have totally changed my mind! Sushi Cat is innovative, both as a place, but also in its menue. I am longing for next Tallinn stay, when I will take a big bite of Sushi Cats lovely grilled salmon rolls!
