Certainly worth the brief walk from Old Town, this well-established, popular and slightly swank restaurant where South American cooks grill slabs of steak and fish right within view of one of the dining areas - is certainly a 'cut above' many other eateries in town. From the service to the kitchen staff, one gets the impression that everyone working here truly puts a lot of pride into what they do and it definitely shows in the end result. Prices are decent especially given the overall experience. We quite enjoyed our grilled rib-eye steak and home-made jalapeno poppers with a twist.

This is my favourite restaurant in Tallinn. I am English and my wife is Russian, she loves it too. The wine is over-priced but the steaks are under-priced so it evens out. Buy an expensive wine lest you have a headache tomorrow. This is the best steak in Tallinn! Order the Tenderloin. Request it be cooked more than you actually want it to be. They do severely under-cook the steak. I have sent many back for this reason. If you don't like blood in your steak and it screaming "Ouch" when you put your fork in it, walk over after ordering, and ask the chef to butterfly it and say "no blood, but NOT burned" and he will understand. You must say "NOT burned" or he will send you a shoe sole full of carbon. All in all a great restaurant, service is acceptable (great by Russian standards) and the floor show is entertaining too if you are there on a weekend. Yes they really do play "Don't cry for me Argentina" - it's not a myth!
