Call it a swank, upscale restaurant with an Asian menu, or an Asian restaurant done up to the nines. In either case, what you'll get at Chedi is a sleek, novel dining experience that fuses East Asian and Western trends. This is where Thai Pike Perch meets lamb chop in chocolate sauce, and the quality is always top-notch. The only hiccup here is the service, which can at times be sluggish.

    Would not go back, despite that food was excellent, service was disappointing. Swank upscale restaurant it is with poor service that is. Had a reservation, sat at a table we were pointed at, to be told we had to move to an empty table next to it that was not even set...the table we wanted was reserved (which we did as well) but remained empty the entire evening...Not that sleek. Plenty more choices in Tallinn.
