Monks and cheese - always an unbeatable combination. The Imperial Hotel building was once part of the St. Michael Nunnery, so naturally waiters in monks' garb preside over its smart, medieval style restaurant. Choose from cheesy mains such as tournados with Roquefort, but be warned though that they're on the heavy side. There's also a cheese-free menu for the lactose wary.
