Scheeli is located in a historic bank building and its atmosphere harkens back to the Jugendstil-era. It was then that a united Estonia enjoyed its first period of independence, the country was thriving economically and was a model of what a 'modern' European country should aspire to. The menu items come for the most part from local and fresh ingredients and therefore gives the clientelle a taste of Estonia in the process.
