One of the very few places on Toompea to grab a bite, the 'Non-existent Knight' is tucked into an alley and should probably stay that way. The food, albeit certainly not the worst we ever had, was certainly a little lacking. In fact our lamb seemed as though it had been left out to pasture a little too long. It appeared to have been prepared with love though and that has to count for something.
