Certainly one of the few actual delights we've had the pleasure of reviewing as of late, this very authentic, Neapolitan cellar-restaurant pulls all the stops to give you the complete experience. From the native chefs and owner to the sprawling miniature scene complete with running water, we quite enjoyed the ambiance. The cuisine was also delightful and our pizza one of the best we've had in Tallinn. There are so many layers to explore at Pulcinella and we look forward to going back to discover them all.

fantastic place beautiful pizzas.Very good service one of the best restaurants i Tallinn.
Nice place but terrible service. We waited for our pizza and pasta for 40 minutes. They simply forgot our food. No apologises. Just words "this is a restaurant not McDonalds". They also had problems with their toilets.
Local fantastic! .. We were with some friends and then we always come back .. Wine, pizza, pasta, everything really .. really exceptionally good Italian, cuoco.Lo also highly recommend to all ..
