This colourful, tacky café offers fried fast food and lots of terminals. Staff were rude when we dropped in, so we don't like the place. €0.96/15min, €1.60/30min, €1.28 - 2.24/h.

  Yes, I think that this is nice but expensive cafe in the center of Tallinn.
