Kuninga

This 'kingly' café slash restaurant appears to fill both needs quite nicely. The interior is a nice blend of antique and contemporary and the cuisine was also delightfully prepared - portion-wise perhaps more fitting for a supermodel than a hungry man though - desserts looked quite tempting though. Unfortunately they think a little too highly of themselves and it reflects both in the level of food and service.

We had dinner there on a Saturday evening in the restaurant section at the back. Very peaceful atmosphere. The food was beautifully prepared and it tasted as good as it looked delicious! This was a real treat for us and we'll definitely return next time we are in Tallinn.

Went there for a lunch. Really nice place, clean, good service. A little odd was the big TV screen with was running pictures of a fireplace. With extreme cold temperatures outside I would have liked a real one tough. The food was excellent as was the white wine by the glass (the only choice by the glass). Very reasonable price, although rather small portions. But I would go back again, overall a pleasant experience.
