Tallinn's hospitality industry has pretty much reached capacity and the total number of rooms sits at about 7800. For the tourist this means the choice of where to stay has never been better, and the room rates are also likely to drop. Depending on when you book, don’t be surprised if you're able to get a room for below the prices we have listed in the guide. A fluctuating price system seems to be the trend at higher-end hotels.
