Tallinn's hospitality industry has pretty much reached capacity and the total number of rooms sits at over 7800. For the tourist this means the choice of where to stay has never been better, and the room rates are also likely to remain competitive. Outside the high-season, don’t be surprised if you're able to get a room for below the prices we have listed in the guide. A fluctuating price system seems to be the trend at higher-end hotels. Prices listed below include VAT and breakfast, unless otherwise indicated.

Stayed in this hotel in early April and it was pretty much everything I was hoping for. The hotel Bar restaurant did a decent breakfast and the salads they served were a couple of the best meals I had in Tallinn....16 Euro Hostel
