This beautiful structure is essentially a 14th-century merchant's house turned into a luxury, boutique-style hotel, so don't be surprised if you get lost in the twists and turns of its corridors. Each of its rooms and suites has been done up with cool, chic décor, tastefully fitted to the historic building. Look for creature comforts like plasma TVs, high-speed internet and fluffy bathrobes. You'll also find a 'relax room', brasserie restaurant, café and an Ice Bar, where chilly drinks are served in ice-formed shot glasses.
