The suites had a kitchen which was a complete waste of time as there was nothing here to use in/on it. Also when we stayed the hotel did not have an iron (this is a first for me and I am widly travelled), The garden cafe/resturant was never opened when we stayed here and the main bar and resturant closed at 9pm. There is a sauna and jacuzzi but its not untill you ask to use it that you are told that you will have to pay for it. Also a warning for anyone ariving to the hotel later than 9pm and wanting food. The night receptionist (Samir) will indeed offer to order you a pizza (which will take more than an hour to turn up) and when Samir takes it to your room he will over charge you (charged us approx £28 for 2 thin pizzas with next to nothing on and 2 small bottles of coke). Also when we stayed here the beauty salon was an empty room. Overall a pretty disapointing hotel considering its a 4 star and we stayed in a superior room.Harry Duncan
