All lines in Estonia are digital, so there’s never a problem with quality. The only real annoyance is that Estonians have fallen in love with their mobiles, so getting a hold of someone on an old-fashioned fixed line, or ‘table phone’ as it’s called locally, is sometimes a challenge.
