The focus of the museum inside the Epping tower is an interactive exhibition that walks the visitor through the history and development of medieval defence systems. On display are items pertaining to the towers' history, including suits of armour and complete maps of how the town looked during the 15th-century. Make sure you climb all the way to the top, the view of Old Town is pretty cool.
