This former, legendary Tartu Jazz Club is now a jazz-themed cellar sports bar that often becomes standing-room-only as students, intellectuals, football fans or anyone else interested in chilling with a pint, crowds into this subterranian second living room. Be aware though that on scheduled big-screen football nights the mood changes quite a bit, which could be a good thing depending on what you're in to.
