Located just below Teine Maailm, the 'Three Monkeys Pub' has no primate theme or decoration at all. It’s instead named for the three cooks. If you’re feeling brave, ask why. The menu is inexpensive and the “beef burger” quite a bargain. Quite possibly the only place in Tartu that serves fries without the Estonian national obsession: potato seasoning. Staff extremely friendly, beer selection not so much. Good for lunch as well.
