Krooks

Most Estonian towns have a place for rockers to gather, and in Tartu, that place is Krooks. That's not to say that others won't be welcome. It's worth ducking in here, if anything just to see the weird strings of beer flags, medieval armour and other assorted junk that decorates the place. Krooks is also popular for pub meals, and beer snacks.

    Great spot for a bite to eat and a drink or three. Food is excellent and very reasonablly priced. Be sure to drop by while in Tartu!

    I recently visited this Pub while on vacation in Estonia. My impression of this place can be condensed into a single word.... Amazing!The food and drinks were great and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was very interesting, you could spend quite a while just checking out the decor.The music was awesome as well as played at the perfect volume. It was Loud, but you could still carry on a conversation with a little effort.I will definately be back to Krooks!
