Everything you'd expect from a bar built into a one-room bunker at the foot of Toome hill, cheap drinks and cheap students included. If you manage to get one of the well-worn seats, you're here on an off night - it's typically standing room only. There's still time to check it out, as plans to demolish it have now been postponed.

  Good music good vibes and cheap prices although thursday friday and saturday nights tend to be packed and it slows the service down considerably. Highly recommended nonetheless.

  Wir waren auf einer Reise durchs Baltikum eine Nacht in Dorpat - und die haben wir von 0 - 4 Uhr morgens zu unserem großen Vergnügen im NOTT verbracht. Den Tip haben wir von Dorpater Studenten bekommen - ein guter Tip: nette Leute, moderate Preise, gute Musik.
