  Quite artfully, there had been rebates mentioned on the hotel website when a reservation was made (15% when staying a week and more if much longer), but upon my check-out this was removed. So, for regular medium-term guests (e.g. staying in Tartu every month), there are much better deals.The 3*-rooms are alright, though bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly.
