Probably the best location in terms of accommodation in Tartu, Draakon is situated right on Town Hall Square and is literally spitting distance from the Kissing Students fountain - but we don't suggest you try it. With 40 rooms, the hotel is a fair size and most of  the sleeping quarters, although a little lived in, are also quite roomy. Just one caveat though - the staff seem a little rigid, but perhaps it's just because they are fearful of the dragon.
