It's easy to spell and rhymes with wow, and the latter is the word-of-mouth that has kept chef Kolja Kleeberg's restaurant fully booked for years. Using many products from the Berlin area, Michelin-starred Kleeberg follows his mentor Josef Viehhauser's rule: never more than three products on a plate.
