Michael Kempf's Michelin-starred menu changes daily but might include veal shank with spiny lobster, or ox cheek with black pudding and truffle leek puree. At lunchtime courses could be fillet of beef with pumpkin, or brownie with cranberry ice cream and Mexican chocolate. Facil’s design is a post-modern, glass-box Asian pavilion looking onto a fifth-floor courtyard, with a large central skylight that retracts.
