Museums in Berlin

Because of its long period of separation, Berlin in effect has two cities’ worth of museums, and the quality is proportional to the quantity. The state museums are maily clustered on Museumsinsel (Museum Island), at the Kulturforum near Potsdamer Platz, and near Schloß Charlottenburg.
