For traditional Koelsch cuisine the “beer donkey” restaurant/beer-house is great, and the ambiance is decidedly old fashioned. Hundreds of antique pepper-grinders line the walls, and it is hard not to spend a long time staring at them. In the rear there is a comfortable outside area.
