With three locations in Frankfurt, they mean this name quite literally, as the sushi comes round on a huge conveyor belt. Covered with plastic, and sitting on price/colour coordinated plates, pre-prepared pieces of sushi pass by you at eye level. Chefs prepare sushi in the middle of the circle, from tuna sashimi to octopus, and for the less brave they have spring rolls, fried wontons, and tempura treats to try.
