Professing to be the feel-good option, IMA does seem to run a tight healthy ship around these parts with predominantly fresh sandwiches, baked potatoes, and salads, with all kinds of interesting ways of dressing them up, such as coconut cashew sauce or Asia-vinaigrette. Everything is homemade and it’s quite cheap. IMA transforms into a cocktail bar by night, offering poetry slams, DJs, musicians and film nights.
