Börse

Börse
Europe's largest stock exchange is located in Frankfurt. Housed in a building from the 1800s. Computerised systems have somewhat tamed the trading floor frenzy, but it's still an interesting sight with some of the busiest trading outside of New York. In a funny mood? Shout 'SELL' and watch the suits panic.

To book a tour (10:00, 11:00 in German, English) call 24hours in advance.  Extended tours, which cost €125 plus MwSt. (value added tax) and last about 1,5 hours, are available at 8.45 (Opening Bell) or in the afternoon and include an introduction to the basics of exchange trading as well as a visit to the Visitors Gallery.
