This is the place the tour guide takes you for your first flammkuchen (wonderful) and local wine (better than expected). With an expansive dining room and lots of room at the bar for rubbing elbows with the locals, Paul’s gives one the impression that everyone knows each other. Something of an institution in K-Town, Paul’s continues to be nicely priced despite the location.
