After standing empty for many years, this arcade-fronted site has been tastefully transformed into a stylish bar terrace overlooking the grand Residenz and opera buildings. The sound and smell of traffic roaring past doesn’t seem to bother the St Pellegro and non-alcoholic cocktail sippers, many of whom drift in with the opera crowd. Considering the location, drinks here are not too dear but they charge an arm and a leg for snacks and the so-called ”Opera Salad”.
