Weißwurst and Wiener sausage don't come any fresher than at this eatery-cum-butcher's on the site of Munich's former slaughter house. Three grandmotherly women churn out hearty servings of beef roulade, Schweinebraten pig roast and fist-size pork knuckles. The coolest thing to order though is the trio's famous potato salad, served only on Fridays with baked fish.
