A new permanent exhibition, titled “Scenes from Daily Life in Antiquity” is now presented on the 4th floor of the Main Building. It includes approximately 150 artifacts and numerous visual and interactive applications of high aesthetic quality that help visitors to approach various aspects of public and private life in Classical Greece. Political organisation and administration, religion, burial customs, the daily activities of men and women are some of the topics. Large panels and screens give the visitor a visual impression of the ancient city.
