  Nel Lines is the worst company in the world:We were in Santorini Island 31st of August 2010.We bought voucher in tourist agency near Rethimno, Crete. We have following complaints about this tour:1. The boat Nel Lines arrived in Santorini Island at 1:00 p.m. instead of 11:00 a.m. The delay was caused by bad weather conditions.2. Tour agent told us that we would have excursion in Russian language, but it was only in English, French and Italian. The program of excursion was not full. We did not visit Akrotiri, Pirgos or Perisa. We visited only Oia and Fira.3. The Nel Lines’ boat had to depart from Santorini Island to Rethimno, Crete at 6:00 p.m. The boat could not leave at the right time because of some failures in the boat. We could leave the island only at 3:20 a.m. on the 1st of September 2010.For 9 hours and 20 minutes we were waiting in Athinios We did not have hot diner but only toast and cold cola.4. Nel Lines’ boat arrived not in Rethimno, Crete but Heraklion, Crete. We arrived at 8:00 a.m. at the 1st of September 2010. We were late for about 12 hours. We missed one night, diner and breakfast in our hotel.
