wouldn't pick up my sister in blackrock because they were full, even though their web site states that it will put on another bus if this occurs, the driver didn,t seem to think there was one on the way and told her to go and get the aircoach which was due 20mins or so later..not such a good service when you have to reach the airport and mins usually count
