Dublin Airport
The country's main airport is situated approx. 10km north of Dublin city centre near the M50 and M1 motorways. A large number of buses, coaches and taxis serve the airport. There are two terminals at Dublin airport so be sure to pay close attention to your departure details. Remember to pay for your short or long term car parking at the automatic pay stations in the arrivals hall or at the entrance to the short term car park before you return to your car as there are no cashiers at the exit. There is a bank, Bureau de Change and 24hour ATMs depensing Euros, US$ and GBP£. You'll find the Airport Information Desk, Dublin Tourism Tourist Information Office and Bus and Rail info desk beside the second entrance in Terminal 1. Taxis are available outside the arrivals building, and car hire desks (06:00 - 23:00) are in the arrivals hall. A variety of restaurants and cafés are on hand to stave off the hunger pangs..
