With three large multiplex cinemas and 31 screens, they are the largest chain in the city. Blanchardstown is on the Westside, Coolock is on the northside and Tallaght is on the southside. Tallaght was the first and opened in 1990 followed closely by Coolock. Five years later Blanchardstown was opened. Ticket sales in excess of 2m per year underline these cinemas' success.
