Lazy Days Cafe

Just off the beaten track in Blackrock is this coffee shop serving scrummy coffees and paninis. Sit on the comfortable couch and watch the birds preening in the trees opposite. Unlike the noisy and busy village of Blackrock, here is an oasis of calm and the locals love it. If you're a fan of Canadian toast and bacon, there's nowhere else in town as generous with the bacon and syrup. There's a box of books and toys to keep younger clients happy. And adults can linger over a few books of their own, too, while sipping coffee or the highly acclaimed hot chocolate.

Completely disagree with the above review, we're regulars at this cafe and can't get enough of it. The food is excellent, much nicer than other cafes in the area, and the staff are the best. Their hot chocolates are to die for.

Went for breakfast here this morning. DISASTER! If you like microwave bacon, uncooked sausages, just about cooked eggs then go for it. The coffee was nice but that was all that was nice about this place. 2 full breakfasts was 24 euros-robbery if you ask me. Will never set foot in the place again.
