Iveagh Gardens

Walk around the back of the National Concert Hall or through Clonmel St off Harcourt St and you'll discover Dublin’s very own secret garden. Not having a grand entrance keeps its charms hidden, but once inside, it's a real delight. Now almost completely restored, the garden features a box hedge maze with sundial, sculptures, rustic grotto and water cascade, archery grounds and woodlands. A touch of pastoral romance in the heart of the city... we dare you not to fall in love. The park also plays host to a series of summer concerts by international artists - the perfect setting to chill out and catch a great gig.

Free.
