NATO is to be blamed. They should have bombed KEK and destroyed it to the ground! Then Kosovo would have had a new plant, instead of this 10-year-long torture that the people are exposed to because of KEK incompetence, heavy bureaucracy, corruption, nepotism, and you name it.
