Tiffany's is a great restaurant and no doubt that the food is wonderful. A gem in the world of restaurants in Prishtina. However, I think that the service is terrible and undeniably geared toward taking care of the customers who are non-Albanian. I am American but happen to be of Albanian decent and speak the language. Rather than be appreciative that we as customer and waiter can communicate in the same language, I feel like I am treated like dirt because the service staff feels I am not worthy of dining out. My 'good' experiences have been at this restaurant when I have strictly spoken English. There are a handful of other restaurants that treat internationals and Albanians the same. This is a huge factor in why I don't go to this restaurant more often.Julie
