Astonishing. A restaurant any city would give its right arm for, Tiffany’s is a wonderfully laid-back canteen-like affair, brimming with well-heeled locals and foreigners who know a good thing when they see it. The food is prepared in the restaurant according to whatever the chef found at the shops that morning. With no menu, you’re never quite sure what you’ll get, the waiter will tell you what options you have. Whatever it is, it’s bound to be superb. Find the unmarked restaurant on the side road, opposite the Outback bar, across the car park. Highly recommended.

I am really dismayed at finding ANY good reports for a restaurant which has waiters smoking while serving. We have moved on from the early 20th century with new awareness of how smoking invades every other diner in the place. Obviously not all of us.
Superb dining in very cosy and warm surroundings. Food is terrific, very fresh salads, traditional Albanian dishes, and staff are always very attentive but respectful of privacy. It is a must-visit place for anyone visiting Pristina, it is my favourite restaurant, I highly recommend it.
I don't like having no menu or prices - you get the impression they decide to charge based on who you are or whether you look wealthy. They were closed for 6 months and fined for tax evasion a couple of years ago and the new smoking ban was completely ignored. Surly staff who smoke on duty.
Great session of masochism from the waiters. We actually went two nights in a row with a group of 8 people. We got the concept - no nonsense approach (no menus, everything fresh). However, the guys go well beyond to concept to straight maltreatment. Here is the ordering process from the first night: What do you want? (no good evening, welcome, these are our specialities) Well, what do you have? Beef, lamb, chicken, what do you want? The waiters NEVER smile, and you always feel you are bothering them whenever you need something. They do not give you back the change, assuming you are leaving a tip. I hate that. If you can go beyond the humiliating service, you could enjoy in fantastic brick-oven specialities, great fresh salad, and exquisite quince home-made raki.
The food was awesome, the people were lovely. and the waitresses were smoking hot. Great: 10/10.
I've travelled around the globe and Tiffany is indeed one of the best restaurants on the planet, and I'm not kidding. Everything tastes incredible and fresh, and the fact I got to go there twice for my visit was incredible. A must-visit, and my fav restaurant, hands down.
Awful, they have no menus, no prices, no wine list and they seem to decide how much to charge based on whether you are local or expat. Staff smoke on duty and they don't take credit cards. Avoid it.

Highly recommended. It appears like a tavern but I have had several meals and every one ofthem was delicious. Some of the best food I have ever had ANYWHERE. Even the salad and bread were mouthwatering. The best food in town.
A great restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly. I have to say that I had one of my best dinners ever at this restaurant. They just prepared for us a typical local dinner and it was amazing. A must-stop-by in Prishtina.
Great food, but like all Kosovo restaurants the evening was spoilt by the cigarette smoking.
Great atmosphere and food. I warmly recommend a dish called Tave Elbasan - the best dish I have ever had. I am not sure how to explain what is that...beef meat in some sauce.

I've been to Tiffany's twice and the food has been wonderful. I particularly enjoy the homemade breads and delicious spreads that accompany. Their salads are fresh and crisp and anything from their brick oven is a treat. Don't miss this restaurant.
Great authentic Albanian food and a warm atmosphere. Every time I visit Kosovo I come here. As a chef and a restaurant owner in the USA, I give 5 stars to this place and can recommend it to everyone.
