The wall of the otherwise unremarkable Yugoslav-era city hall, along the road between the bus station and the centre, has been turned into a greeting to the world, with thank-you messages spelled out in the languages of all 60+ nations that have officially recognised Kosovo as an independent state so far. The letters are stuck on a bit wonky and the spelling isn't always spot on, but the gesture is certainly sincere.
