Owned by a jolly Egyptian man, this small chain of authentic hookah bars has expanded as far as Jūrmala. Located in an historic wooden house on the strip, this Habibi is of a more elegant variety and although it does sport a few Persian carpets here and there it’s not as overwhelmingly Middle Eastern as its other bar in Riga. Smoke a wide variety of exotic tobaccos on two floors or hit the pipe outside on the terrace.
